By completing the registration process and creating an Account on jobi3, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, and any bonus-specific terms and conditions applicable to individual promotions.

You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by the Platform to fulfil these obligations, which may include but is not limited to:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed for Accounts that have not completed KYC verification. jobi3 reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account activity pending completion of verification, at its sole discretion and without liability.
All deposits to your jobi3 Account must be made using payment methods available in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified in the cashier and may be subject to change without prior notice.
jobi3 accepts no liability for deposits that fail due to third-party payment processor errors, bank restrictions or network issues. It is your responsibility to use a payment method in your own name — deposits from payment instruments belonging to third parties are not permitted.
Payment method references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are cited as familiar payment context for Pakistani users only. These references do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or representation that those providers formally support gambling transactions. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration and applicable regulations.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Users who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing with no outstanding compliance matters. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposits on the Account, or to a verified method in the User's own name.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and applicable processing times, are as specified in the cashier section at the time of request. Processing times are estimates only and may be affected by third-party payment processor timelines, compliance review requirements and public holidays.
jobi3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawal requests in respect of funds derived from bonus play may be subject to additional review where wagering requirements have not been satisfied.
jobi3 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are presented on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, contribution percentages and time limits are specified on the promotion page. Games that are excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements are listed within the relevant bonus terms.
jobi3 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; or coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional structures. Determination of bonus abuse is at the Platform's sole discretion.
jobi3 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to your Account, subject to the terms applicable at the time of credit.
All games available through jobi3 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless otherwise specified.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or error during a game session, jobi3 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the corresponding stake. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access to games and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical disruptions outside its reasonable control.
All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes observed through real-time broadcast. jobi3 does not manipulate game outcomes and relies on its contracted game content providers' certification standards.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Violations of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities where applicable.
All content on the jobi3 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks and structural design, is the property of jobi3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of jobi3. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jobi3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
jobi3's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the value of your Account Balance at the time the claim arises.
jobi3 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from: your breach of these Terms; actions of third-party payment processors; events beyond our reasonable control; or your failure to understand game rules or bonus conditions prior to participation.

Upon Account closure, jobi3 will process any remaining verified withdrawable balance to the User's last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all outstanding compliance and KYC requirements. Bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited upon closure.
You may request the closure of your own Account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests for responsible gambling reasons will be actioned with priority and with no penalty or delay.
jobi3 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or, where appropriate, by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Users located in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani domestic law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose restrictions on gambling activity. jobi3 does not provide legal advice, and this clause does not constitute legal advice.
