Define a net loss ceiling for any daily, weekly or monthly period. When your losses reach the cap, further wagering is restricted for that period. This prevents a single bad session from escalating beyond a level you have pre-committed to accepting.
Set a maximum session duration after which you receive a notification or are automatically logged out. Keeping track of time during an active gambling session is harder than it sounds — this tool removes the guesswork entirely.

Self-exclusion requests submitted through Account settings or via the support team are processed promptly. Once applied, the exclusion cannot be reversed during its minimum period.
Any request to increase a limit, shorten a cooling-off period or lift a self-exclusion is subject to a mandatory cooldown before taking effect. This deliberate delay gives you time to reconsider.
During or following a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, all promotional and bonus marketing communications will be suppressed. You will not receive offer emails or push notifications.
Any verified withdrawable balance in your Account at the time of self-exclusion remains accessible for withdrawal subject to standard KYC requirements. Your funds are not forfeited.
